The Halhalı olive salad produced by the Hatay natives who are engaged in traditional olive farming is the most delicious of the green olives. After the fattiest olives are collected, they are broken so that their core does not come out and pickled. It is served with chili flakes, pomegranate rancid, dried zahter and olive fat.
